BIM Manager – High-End Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital design and construction processes on prestigious high‑end residential and commercial projects. You will shape BIM strategy, ensure standards are applied, and support multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols and workflows across multiple projects.
• Lead BIM coordination activities and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, run clash detection reviews and provide technical BIM support.
• Monitor model quality, data integrity and information management, ensuring models meet client, industry and regulatory standards.
• Promote best‑practice adoption, deliver training and mentor internal team members.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other external stakeholders on BIM‑related matters.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry standards and digital delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong background on high‑end residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Excellent understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience managing BIM processes across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital information management systems.
• Knowledge of construction and design processes from concept through delivery.
