Branch Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Branch Logistics Coordinator will be based at Chubb's Luton office, supporting the PFX and Fire D&A teams across a 5,000 km² area that includes Peterborough, Milton Keynes and Spalding. The role ensures smooth stock management and provides logistical support to a field force of engineers and sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all stock control for PFX and Fire D&A products in the Luton branch.
• Coordinate inventory levels, replenishment and distribution to field engineers and salespeople.
• Support a field team of 12 PFX engineers and 6 sales representatives with timely parts and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to forecast demand and optimise supply.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Experience in logistics, stock control or supply‑chain environments.
• Comfortable working across a wide geographic area.
