Building Surveyor – £50k-£70k, Hybrid, Chartership Support

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established consultancy that is ambitiously growing across the UK. You will play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion while benefiting from clear progression to Associate Director and ongoing technical development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, lifecycle planning and asset management reporting.
• Carry out building condition surveys and technical due diligence.
• Undertake building pathology investigations and defect diagnosis.
• Liaise with clients and other professionals across multidisciplinary projects.

Required profile

• Building Surveyor experience across building pathology, defect diagnosis and planned preventative maintenance.
• Chartered or working towards chartership; able to commute to Manchester and travel when required.
