Communities & Social Impact Manager

About the role

Clarion Housing Group’s development arm, Latimer, is looking for a passionate Communities & Social Impact Manager to design, deliver and evaluate social‑value initiatives that benefit local communities. The role sits within new‑build development projects and requires experience in the construction or built‑environment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of social‑value programmes throughout the development lifecycle, from pre‑planning to project completion.
• Deliver community and employment projects in partnership with Latimer, external partners and supply‑chain contractors, ensuring Section 106 obligations are met.
• Engage with local stakeholders, authorities, schools and community groups to drive meaningful social impact.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work autonomously.
• Confident in managing complex stakeholder relationships with communities, authorities, schools and partners.
• Friendly and approachable, acting as the face of Clarion in community interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HACT methodology for social‑value measurement.
• Proficiency in TOMs framework for impact assessment.
• Ability to advise internal teams on social‑value queries.
