About the role

We are a leading transformation consultancy seeking Business Consultants to join our London team. You will support complex business and technology transformation programmes for enterprise clients, working from discovery through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business analysis across digital transformation, process improvement and operating model change programmes.
• Run workshops, gather requirements and produce AS‑IS and TO‑BE process maps.
• Collaborate with both business and technology teams to shape solutions.
• Support Agile delivery environments and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
