Business Developer – Nuclear Projects

About the role

Hilti is seeking a Business Developer to work at the centre of complex, high‑value nuclear projects across the UK. You will act as the technical partner customers rely on to solve challenges, influence specifications and bring engineered solutions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical partner on nuclear project sites, collaborating with engineers, designers and project managers to propose practical solutions.
• Strengthen long‑term relationships with owners, EPCs, designers, nuclear contractors and key influencers throughout design, procurement and installation stages.
• Identify growth opportunities across the full range of nuclear contractors and accelerate business development.
• Develop and manage a forward‑looking pipeline across multiple nuclear work packages, aligning Hilti’s value proposition with project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience on UK nuclear projects with solid knowledge of sector‑specific regulations, standards and requirements.
• A degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to link technical value to customer outcomes.
• Eligibility to obtain the security clearance required for nuclear site access.
