We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to join a leading wealth management and financial planning firm in London. The role focuses on identifying and generating acquisition opportunities across the UK financial planning market, primarily through proactive telephone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact financial planning and wealth management firms across the UK.
• Identify and qualify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Arrange meetings for senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Work towards defined business development and acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Previous telesales or business development experience within financial services.
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and comfortable handling objections.
• Target‑driven with strong commercial awareness.
• Motivated by career progression and uncapped earning potential.
