Business Development Executive – Recruitment Compliance Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Accomplish Today’s fast‑growing compliance and workforce onboarding team. You will promote a technology‑driven platform that helps recruitment agencies manage candidate onboarding, right‑to‑work checks and ongoing compliance across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective recruitment businesses through telephone, LinkedIn, email and outbound prospecting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with agency owners, recruitment directors, operations managers and compliance professionals.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and secure appointments for product demonstrations.
• Re‑engage dormant and historical prospects to revive pipeline activity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progress.
• Consistently meet lead‑generation and appointment targets while collaborating with the wider commercial team.

Required profile

• Ambitious and professional sales individual with a passion for building relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales within the recruitment or compliance sector is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking sales activity.

What we offer

• £32,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE up to £40,000).
