Business Development Manager (Consultative Sales)

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing subscription‑led insights business in the automotive sector. The Business Development Manager will own the end‑to‑end sales process, building relationships, understanding client challenges and converting opportunities into long‑term subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
• Identify client needs and position solutions using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle B2B sales or business development.
• Strong ability to run discovery conversations and close deals.
• Comfortable building relationships remotely and working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and commercially driven.
