Business Development Manager – Fenestration Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for an internationally recognised manufacturer of premium fenestration hardware. Based in the UK, you will help shape the early stage of market development and build lasting relationships with trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Account‑manage existing customers, strengthening relationships and expanding sales.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market segments.
• Establish and nurture channel partnerships with fabricators, installers, dealers, architects and specifiers.
• Deliver consistent revenue growth and develop a sustainable customer base.
• Provide product expertise and support to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Significant B2B sales experience, preferably in window, door or architectural product sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently and own a developing market.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience selling to trade distributors, fabricators and installers.
• Strong relationship‑building and channel‑development capabilities.
