Business Development Manager – Home & Living (TikTok Shop)

About the role

The Home & Living team at TikTok Shop is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition and growth across the UK market. Based in our London office, you will guide e‑commerce brands from prospecting through onboarding and help them succeed on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new Home & Living merchants for TikTok Shop.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, managing the full lead‑to‑onboard process.
• Provide education, strategy and resources to help merchants launch and scale their TikTok Shop presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience and drive revenue growth.
• Track and report on acquisition, onboarding metrics and revenue performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of business development or account management experience in an online marketplace, e‑commerce business or agency.
• Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing and influencer ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with brand partners.
• Fast learner with good judgment, comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
