Business Development Manager

About the role

Lime, the world’s largest shared micromobility company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and operational scaling across its global network. The role blends commercial execution, strategic planning, and analytical problem‑solving to unlock new launches, improve processes, and evaluate growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end commercial execution and internal deal operations, guiding contracts through alignment, approvals, signatures, and handoff to delivery teams.
• Coordinate contract updates, amendments, renewals, and terminations while ensuring documentation quality and compliance.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to provide visibility and accountability.
• Enable smooth launches by confirming commercial readiness requirements and transitioning them to technical and operational teams.
• Triage and resolve post‑launch commercial issues in partnership with Finance and Operations.
• Standardize onboarding and handoff processes to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
• Support strategy development for adjacent growth initiatives, conduct market sizing, feasibility studies, and pilot design.
• Build robust business and financial models to evaluate pricing, ROI, and scenario outcomes.
• Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and generate actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical rigor and ability to develop high‑quality business cases.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, Insurance, and CX teams.
• Experience managing contracts and commercial initiatives through complex approval processes.
• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
