Business Intelligence Analyst - UK

About the role

Celltrion Healthcare (CTHC UK) is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyse and interpret data so that the Market Access and Commercial functions can make informed decisions. The role supports the UK entity mainly, with ad hoc support to other countries in the geographical cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data from databases, spreadsheets, wholesaler and homecare data, IQVIA, Veeva, internal targets and other sources, and clean, transform and prepare it for analysis
• Maintain licenses and data sets in BI tools such as Veeva (CRM, Salesforce, Promomats) and data purchases such as IQVIA
• Use statistical methods and tools to find patterns, trends and insights
• Create product sales reports, dashboards and data models, and produce activity, sales, patient, market share and intelligence analyses on demand
• Turn data insights into actionable commercial and operational recommendations, and support target setting, forecasting and retrospective analysis
• Identify process improvements and monitor business performance
• Act as the internal commercial point of reference for data, forecasting and analysis, and present findings to stakeholders including senior management
• Support Market Access tasks such as commissioning framework submissions, and support colleagues in other commercial areas

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Ideally experience in biosimilars or biologics sales
• Experience in data analysis and producing business information reports
• Good business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who can take direction from a line manager or work independently
• Good verbal, numerical and negotiating skills; ABPI accreditation ideally

Required skills

• Data manipulation in MS Excel, including pivot tables
• Use of BI tools such as Veeva, CRM, Salesforce and Promomats
• Creating reports and presentations
