About the role
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an enthusiastic Business Studies Lecturer for a leading further education college in Greater Manchester. This full‑time, temporary position starts at the beginning of the new academic year and focuses on delivering BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 Business Studies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for BTEC Business Studies students.
- Develop schemes of work and assessment plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Monitor and support students' academic progress, fostering confidence and achievement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the business curriculum.
Required profile
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at BTEC Level 2 and 3.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for education and student success.
- Eligibility to obtain a DBS check.
