Candidate Marketing Lead

About the role

Reed is seeking a Candidate Marketing Lead to support its high‑profile client, Royal Mail. This newly created, hybrid role will combine day‑to‑day recruitment marketing with seasonal peak campaigns, giving you ownership of building a strong candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead candidate attraction marketing for Royal Mail campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build and promote the Royal Mail employer brand to attract a ready‑to‑work talent pool.
• Own B2C communications and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Content and Candidate Attraction teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance, insights and conversion data to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, develop and execute high‑volume, peak‑demand campaigns such as seasonal hiring drives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a B2C or high‑volume environment.
• Confidence delivering end‑to‑end campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes and manage competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning and optimisation.
• Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Recruitment or employer brand experience is helpful but not essential.
