Care Worker – Adult Short‑Stay Setting (Part‑Time/Full‑Time)

About the role
Broadmeadow Care Centre is a 48‑bed adult short‑stay facility in Folkestone, Kent. We are looking for enthusiastic Care Workers to join our team on a permanent basis, working between 21 and 28 hours per week across a rotating four‑week shift pattern.
Key responsibilities
- Support residents with a range of physical needs and promote independence.
- Maintain accurate daily records of care activities and observations.
- Deliver 7‑hour shifts (07:30‑14:30 or 14:30‑21:30) including occasional weekends.
Required profile
- Passion for enabling independence and caring for adults in a short‑stay setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English (and Welsh where required).
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks and an enhanced Disclosure application.
