About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join a highly respected, privately‑owned wealth planning firm in West Sussex. The role focuses on retirement succession planning for high‑net‑worth clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions with confidence and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive retirement and succession advice to clients with assets ranging from £250,000 to £20 million.
• Develop tailored financial strategies that address tax, investment, and legacy considerations.
• Collaborate with dedicated paraplanners and administrators to deliver high‑quality advice.
• Maintain and deepen long‑term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner qualification (or working towards it).
• Proven experience serving high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, think clearly, and convey advice confidently.
• Professional demeanor that reflects the firm’s high standards.
