About the role
A well‑regarded, long‑standing firm in West London is expanding its family offering by hiring a Family and Childcare Solicitor. You will join a friendly, collegiate team with strong development and progression opportunities, working alongside top‑tier lawyers and dedicated paralegals. The role involves advising on both public and privately funded children matters and includes opportunities for advocacy.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on children law and general family law matters.
- Provide counsel on a mix of public and privately funded children work.
- Undertake your own advocacy in relevant cases.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor.
- Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in family and childcare law.
- Good advocacy skills (ideally).
- Children's Panel membership advantageous but not essential.
