Christmas Retail Associate – Hull St Stephens

About the role

The Christmas Retail Associate will support DCK’s busy holiday period in Hull St Stephens and surrounding stores. This temporary, full‑time fixed‑term position runs until 26 December 2026, with a shift pattern of five days each from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 9:00 am. The role requires your own vehicle and a full driving licence, as you may be asked to travel between stores in the zone. No leave can be authorised during December, reflecting the peak sales period.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise jewellery according to visual guidelines.
• Receive and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping and store standards.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and drive sales.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with friendly, polite and professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing or retail sales role; fashion brand experience is a plus.
• Own vehicle and full driving licence for travel between stores.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
