Christmas Retail Associate – Stoke

About the role

This seasonal position supports DCK's busy Christmas period in Stoke, working 25 hours per week across a shift pattern of five days a week. The role requires a personal vehicle and a full driving licence, with a start time of 9:00 am each day. It is a fixed‑term contract running until 26/12/2026.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up and manage promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing retail or fashion environment is preferred.
• Access to a personal vehicle and a full driving licence.
• Ability to work the specified shift pattern and start as soon as possible.
• Tech‑savvy, with an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
