Class 2 Driver – HGV Delivery

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join its team in Trafford Park, Manchester. You will be responsible for delivering chilled, frozen and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores on a 48‑hour weekly schedule, working a 5‑on‑3‑off shift pattern with start times between 17:00 and 20:00.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to 10‑15 Costa Coffee locations per shift.
• Operate Category C vehicles safely, legally and efficiently.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to Driver’s Hours, Tachograph, Working Time and Road Traffic Act regulations.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements (DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, TT99) in the past 5 years.
• Previous experience driving Category C vehicles is desirable.
