Project Manager – Wind Operations (UK)

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of inspection services, deploying equipment and technicians to onshore and offshore wind farms in the UK and EU.
• Keep project management tools and software updated daily for planning, execution and logistics.
• Support colleagues on the Project Management team.
• Complete administrative duties such as documentation, daily progress reports and paperwork.
• Generate and distribute reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate, manage and support logistics, scheduling and project execution.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and flexibility.
• Experience in operations, logistics or similar fields.
• Ability to switch between long‑term planning and fast‑paced execution.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project‑management and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes, adapting quickly.
• Capability to manage competing interests, maintain urgency and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability to provide weekend cover for European projects and assist on emergencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.
