Client Liaison Administrator – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a Client Liaison Administrator to join Eden Rose’s wealth‑management team in Abingdon. The role serves as the first point of contact for advisors and clients, providing administrative support across investment, pension and protection services.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisors by managing diaries, tracking opportunities and handling queries.
• Process sales‑related paperwork from submission through to completion.
• Prepare case files and meeting packs for paraplanning and annual reviews.
• Maintain records in line with Kingswood standards and update client information using XPLAN.
• Attend operational meetings, raise workload concerns and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a wealth‑management or financial‑planning environment.
• Strong ability to liaise with advisors, paraplanners and clients.
• Attention to detail and capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
• Commercial experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the XPLAN platform.
