Client Partner – Strategic Brand & Packaging Projects

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring Client Partner to join our Strategic Client Partnerships team. With a passion for brand, you’ll have at least 3 years’ creative agency experience and have worked across brand, packaging, campaign and digital projects. You will primarily work with established FMCG clients, focusing on food, so a passion for food and packaging is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client projects from brief to delivery across brand development, packaging, campaigns, digital development and marketing.
• Prioritise and manage multiple work streams, ensuring projects are on time, on budget and on brief.
• Create and review briefs, proofread work and maintain high attention to detail.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, implementing processes that optimise service and profitability.
• Provide regular client updates, proactively manage changes and address any impact on the agency and client.
• Maintain financial information, scope, report and manage budget conversations, supporting forecasting and budget management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a creative agency managing client relationships and projects.
• Confident, self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable prioritising multiple work streams and collaborating within a team.
• Strong commercial acumen, able to manage budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.

• Competitive salary £30,000‑£36,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus after 12 months.
