About the role

The Managing Director of a well‑established Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) in Godalming is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to support end‑to‑end processing of new business and existing client matters. The role sits within a busy back‑office environment, offering exposure to pensions, investments, tax and retirement planning, and will involve working closely with paraplanners and senior advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Process all new business and existing client transactions from start to finish.
• Maintain smooth operation of the back‑office function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle administrative work related to pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning and inheritance tax (IHT).

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar back‑office role.
• Ambition to progress within a wealth‑management environment.
