Client Support Manager – Employee Benefits

About the role
We are seeking a Client Support Manager to act as the primary liaison for employers on their employee benefits programmes. You will ensure smooth administration of benefits, support platform users and help maintain strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for employers, answering queries and providing guidance on employee benefits.
- Manage administrative updates with benefits providers, including onboarding new joiners, processing leavers, and handling employee changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records on benefits platforms, oversee enrolment processes and produce monthly payroll reports.
- Support the Client Director in nurturing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
- Work under tight deadlines for payroll reporting and annual renewal cycles.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritising tasks and organising workload effectively.
- Collaborate with the technology team to keep benefits platforms up‑to‑date.
- Contribute to internal best‑practice development to improve operational efficiency.

- Detail‑oriented individual committed to high‑quality client support.
- Team player who enjoys learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Clear written and oral communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- IT literate with experience using benefits platforms.
