About the role

Duncan Lewis Solicitors is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its dedicated Clinical Negligence department in London. The role involves providing expert, compassionate advice to individuals and families pursuing no‑win‑no‑fee claims for medical injury, and working closely with senior leadership to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Board and collaborate with senior management to achieve departmental targets.
• Deliver a professional, proactive approach with strong client‑care skills, demonstrating sensitivity to clients’ needs.
• Manage all aspects of clinical negligence cases, providing technical expertise and guidance to team members when required.
• Handle a varied caseload, including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery, dental/hospital negligence, misdiagnosis, and surgical negligence.
• Assist with casework, ensuring thorough preparation and progression of claims.
