Cluster Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager to lead sales activity across two luxury hospitality properties in Central London. The role focuses on building relationships, generating new business and driving revenue within premium accommodation and lifestyle segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow revenue across both properties.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with corporate clients, travel partners, agencies and entertainment contacts.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Represent the properties at networking events, client meetings and industry exhibitions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM records and commercial reporting.
• Contribute to wider sales planning and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and profitability.

Required profile

• Commercially driven, results‑focused sales professional with hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business, growing existing accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work hands‑on.
• Motivated by targets and capable of identifying new opportunities.
• Previous experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality and a network across corporate, entertainment, travel or events sectors is advantageous.
• Sales leadership experience is a plus.
