Commercial Adjuster (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Adjuster to manage a portfolio of commercial and property owners' claims valued up to £100,000. The role operates across London, serving key client accounts and acting as the nominated adjuster for those accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle commercial and property claims within the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each claim.
• Communicate with clients, insurers and third‑party service providers to gather necessary information.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Provide timely updates and reports on claim status to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in handling commercial or property insurance claims.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Professional communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant insurance qualifications such as CII or CILA are desirable but not mandatory.
