Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – 1 Year B2B Marketing Role

About the role

Our client partners with thousands of companies across the UK and Europe and is growing at 40% annually. They are launching a new Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme to expand their presence in the UK, based in Glasgow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough knowledge of the business offering to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships, and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers and handle contractual changes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt.
