Commercial Electrician – 18th Edition & Testing/Inspection

About the role

This is a mobile, full‑time position based in Birmingham and surrounding areas, supporting a nationwide telecoms and infrastructure contract. You will install and maintain commercial electrical systems in a variety of settings, including commercial buildings and data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out installation of commercial electrical systems.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical installations.
• Work across commercial premises and data centre environments.
• Travel within the assigned regional patch, with occasional travel outside the area.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid 18th Edition qualification.
• Testing & Inspection certification.
• Own vehicle and personal tools.
• Ready to start immediately.
• Willing to work Monday‑Friday on a three‑year fixed‑term contract with extension potential.
