About the role

This Commercial Graduate Scheme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in Dutch and eager to launch a career in sales. You will join a fast‑growing business that partners with thousands of companies across the UK and Europe, gaining exposure to a recognised global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s offering to engage confidently with prospects.
• Contact inbound prospects, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client and prospect sites regularly, negotiating and closing contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Handle contractual changes for existing customers and contribute to team success incentives.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proven adaptability and a quick learning mindset.
