Commercial Innovation & Transformation Lead

About the role

Acosta Europe is seeking a Commercial Innovation & Transformation Lead to join the Red Bull team. The role bridges client needs, frontline operations and business transformation initiatives, working across commercial, operations, technology, data and insight functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise innovation opportunities that deliver measurable business impact.
• Gather insights from stakeholders and field teams and translate complex requirements into clear project pipelines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, test and roll‑out new capabilities.
• Manage change, training and performance measurement to ensure adoption and ROI.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, technology and data teams to solve business challenges.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen and proven stakeholder‑management experience.
• Ability to use data, insight and customer feedback to influence decisions.
• Background in FMCG, retail, field sales, continuous improvement, transformation or change‑management environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
