Commercial Lead Officer – Invoice Finance

About the role

Kriya is looking for a strategic and hands‑on Commercial Lead Officer to drive the next phase of growth for its flagship Invoice Finance products. This senior position owns the P&L, defines the go‑to‑market strategy and builds a high‑performing commercial team while still closing major deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial go‑to‑market strategy and achieve revenue targets for the Invoice Finance division.
• Own the P&L for the Invoice Finance business.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders and broker partners.
• Lead the Account Management team to improve customer retention, operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Identify new growth opportunities and translate them into scalable sales processes.
• Act as a player‑coach, mentoring junior team members and driving overall target delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Invoice Finance, Asset‑Based Lending, commercial finance, fintech or B2B payments.
• Track record of delivering revenue targets in a senior B2B commercial role.
• Strong network within the industry is a plus.
• Excellent people‑management, hiring and coaching abilities.
• Highly organised with solid process‑building and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in London 2‑3 days per week.
