About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3‑4 years post‑qualification experience to join our London office. The role involves advising a broad range of commercial, residential and healthcare sector clients on property transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload while collaborating closely with Partners and senior lawyers.
- Handle acquisitions and disposals of property assets.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences.
- Work on development and investment transactions.
- Deal with secured lending and refinance matters.
- Provide legal support across commercial, residential and healthcare property sectors.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
- Willingness to work onsite two days per week (hybrid working model).
