Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Birmingham office. The successful solicitor will deliver high‑quality legal advice to landlords, developers, investors and other clients, supporting the growth of our property team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and licences.
• Advise on property finance matters, including mortgages and security arrangements.
• Prepare options, pre‑emption and overage agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience practising commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of property legislation and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team development.
• Proactive approach to business development and relationship building.
