Commercial Solicitor (2-5 years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join our Corporate & Commercial department in Farnborough. The role offers exposure to high‑profile clients across technology, manufacturing, financial services and consumer sectors, supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution, outsourcing and high‑value service agreements.
• Support clients on regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in financial services and consumer law.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering clear, practical, commercially‑focused advice.
• Contribute to the team’s growth objectives and collaborate with colleagues on complex matters.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably from a Legal 500/Chambers‑ranked firm or an in‑house team.
• Broad knowledge of commercial law and experience managing a portfolio of commercial contracts.
• Interest or experience in financial services regulation and consumer law.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
