Commercial Solicitor (Locum) – Part‑time/Contract

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Commercial Solicitor on a locum basis to support a small niche practice in West London. The role starts with 1‑2 days per week, potentially increasing to 3‑5 days from October through January, with an initial on‑site requirement before moving to a hybrid remote arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to clients in the healthcare sector.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, licences and service agreements.
• Advise on pharmacy‑related regulatory matters.
• Undertake optional commercial property transactions and related documentation.
• Attend client meetings and office briefings during the on‑site phase.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, preferably pharmacy law.
• Ability to work part‑time on a flexible schedule between October and January.
• Willingness to attend the West London office initially and transition to remote work.
