Community Resilience Co-ordinator

About the role

Forum CIO is seeking a proactive Community Resilience Co-ordinator to join its Sector Support North East Lincolnshire (NEL) team. Working closely with voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, you will help strengthen local services that support people in crisis and build lasting community resilience across North East Lincolnshire.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with VCSE organisations, the local authority and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge‑sharing among partners to improve crisis‑support services such as food and advice provision.
• Support organisational development of partner groups, including capacity‑building and best‑practice guidance.
• Improve data collection, reporting systems and impact measurement to demonstrate outcomes to funders.
• Represent the programme locally and communicate the range of community provision effectively.

Required profile

• Experience working with VCSE or community organisations and an understanding of their challenges.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships, communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Confidence in coordinating projects, managing information and using data to show impact.
• A values‑led approach with a commitment to equality, inclusion and both independent and team work.

What we offer

• Part‑time role (30 hours per week) with a pro‑rata salary of £30,855 (£25,018 actual).
