About the role
Gradus Limited is seeking a Compliance Engineer to ensure raw materials, purchased components and finished products meet regulatory and industry standards. The role involves managing testing programmes, providing technical advice and supporting product development within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate routine testing programmes for raw materials and finished products, working with accredited third‑party laboratories.
- Ensure testing methodologies align with current legislation, industry best practice and customer requirements.
- Provide technical advice, written reports and compliance guidance to internal teams and external customers.
- Research and develop new testing methods to meet evolving product and market specifications, including international requirements.
- Monitor regulatory developments and maintain product compliance across manufacturing processes.
Required profile
- Strong technical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and convey technical information.
- Proven experience in performance testing and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Analytical, numerical and data interpretation abilities with structured problem‑solving approach.
- Organisational and project‑management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
