Composite Laminator – £22‑30/hr Outside IR35 (Oxford/Hertfordshire)

About the role

We are recruiting experienced Composite Laminators for long‑term contracts with leading manufacturers in motorsport, automotive and aerospace. The role involves producing high‑quality composite components in modern facilities across Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture composite components using carbon fibre pre‑preg lay‑up, wet lay‑up and vacuum bagging techniques.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and lay‑up manuals to meet strict quality and production targets.
• Trim and prepare components and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Required profile

• Solid previous experience as a Composite Laminator, preferably in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence or high‑performance manufacturing.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns and overtime.
