Concrete Finisher – West London

About the role

The Joseph Gallagher Group is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our West London team immediately. You will work on a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring high‑quality concrete finishes while adhering to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, place and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work orders.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Comply with the company’s LIFE safety programme and all relevant regulations.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant construction discipline.
• Valid Blue Card for construction sites.
• Medical clearance (SCM) required.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Required skills

• Concrete finishing techniques.
• Reading construction drawings.
• Health & safety compliance on site.
