Contract Manager

About the role

LANCESOFT LTD is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate contracts across its Birmingham and London offices. The role is fixed‑term until March 2027 and requires a blend of analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate contracts, from mobilisation through transition to exit.
• Proactively monitor contract performance, mitigate risks and enforce compliance.
• Produce and maintain contract management plans, service credit administration and warranty payments.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers on progress, spend, performance reporting and early warnings.
• Conduct regular financial standing reviews of suppliers and take appropriate actions.
• Ensure value for money at each stage of the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate contract management and supplier performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to lead stakeholders through contract change request processes.
• Understanding of contract risk, risk allocation and public‑sector procurement.
• Knowledge of governance, assurance, compliance and procurement frameworks.
