Contract Support Core – Service Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The Contract Support Core role is the first point of contact for both external and internal clients, handling new and existing work orders through our internal CAFM system. You will play a key part in the Service Delivery Team, ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining accurate contract scope information.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients and engineers via phone and email, managing enquiries within set timescales.
• Record, allocate and process work orders accurately using the CAFM system and client portals, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain diary management and complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader and Head of Service Delivery.
• Monitor the mailbox throughout the day, flagging emergency call‑outs for immediate action.
• Assign work to the appropriate LS Engineer or subcontractor based on skill set and location, planning daily schedules strategically.
• Oversee subcontractor work, raise purchase orders, gather weekly updates and transfer information to both the CAFM system and client portal.
