Contracts Manager – Facades & Cladding Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of façade and cladding projects across commercial and residential sectors. Based in London, you will oversee up to six live projects valued between £1m‑£3m, ensuring safety, quality, time and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational performance of up to six concurrent projects.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Oversee construction programmes, cost control and commercial aspects of each project.
• Report progress and issues to the Director and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Proven senior operational experience in the façade and cladding sector.
• Strong knowledge of cladding remedial systems and work with major developers.
• Excellent leadership, team management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred.
