Contracts Manager

About the role

ART Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial window‑cleaning and specialist cleaning contracts. Working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will drive contract mobilisation, delivery, quality control and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries from first contact through quotation and proposal.
• Conduct site surveys, contract reviews and prepare costings and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead contract review meetings.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth and additional works.
• Monitor contract performance, quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Support operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Produce commercial reports, forecasts and performance information.

Required profile

• Experience managing contracts, projects or service delivery in a service‑led industry.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to work across commercial and operational teams.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Basic salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year.
• Performance‑related bonus of approximately £4,000‑£5,000 per annum.
