Conveyancing Fee Earner – Remote, Flexible Hours, High Bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our forward‑thinking, tech‑driven law firm. The role is fully remote, offering complete flexibility and a generous performance‑based bonus structure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 80–90 mixed conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.
• Progress files efficiently while maintaining high client service standards.
• Collaborate with a shared in‑office assistant who handles administrative tasks.
• Utilise Proclaim case management software to track and update matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a conveyancer handling a full independent caseload.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with flexible start times between 07:30 and 09:00.
• Base salary £48,000–£55,000 per year.
• Uncapped 5 % commission on legal fees, typically adding £8,000–£15,000 annually.
