Conveyancing Paralegal (Residential Property)

About the role
We are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join our London law firm. You will support two fee‑earners on conveyancing transactions, working on freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages and equity transfers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle residential remortgages and transfers of equity
- Conduct due diligence, title investigations and property searches
- Prepare legal documents and manage post‑completion matters
- Coordinate with solicitors and clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months' experience in conveyancing
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Experience handling property searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
- Ability to manage post‑completion matters with strong attention to detail
