Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (2+ PQE)

About the role

A well‑established Kent law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing conveyancing team in Sevenoaks. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, while providing practical legal advice and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, such as property sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide practical legal advice within a supportive, collaborative environment and develop strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential property.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions.
• Client‑focused and commercially aware approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Interest in business development and networking.
