About the role
This Corporate Solicitor position in Manchester offers exposure to high‑value transactions within a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed legal services business. You will support M&A deals and broader corporate matters, working alongside a collaborative, commercially focused team.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions.
- Support multi‑million‑pound deals from inception to completion.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents.
- Provide commercially focused advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless legal services.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least one seat of corporate experience, up to Legal Director level.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions and general corporate work.
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Effective communicator and team player.
